When you place an order through the AHEAD Drumsticks website, the transaction is managed by Quivers and the order is shipped by a AHEAD Drumsticks dealer.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email from Quivers letting you know that your order has been received. If a dealer has the entirety of your order in stock at the time that you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email soon after that includes a tracking number. Because AHEAD Drumsticks offers hundreds of products and most dealers are not capable of stocking them all, it is likely that dealers will have to place an order with AHEAD Drumsticks before they can fulfill an order placed through the AHEAD Drumsticks website.
It is not unusual for orders placed through the AHEAD Drumsticks website to arrive at your door up to 14 days from the date that you place your order. A representative from the AHEAD Drumsticks team will reach out to you directly if we are made aware of any issues that will delay delivery of your order.
